Ice cubes (to serve)

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons cane sugar (or other sweetener, plus more to taste)

1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (6 to 8 passionfruit)

2 cups filtered water

Step by step

Throw the water, passionfruit pulp, sugar, and lemon juice into your KitchenAid® blender.
Secure the lid, and blend on high for about 30 seconds until the passionfruit is pulverized.
Strain the mixture with a nut milk bag, filtration bag, or fine mesh strainer to remove the black seeds.
Pour over ice, and enjoy immediately, or chill in the fridge before serving.
