Ingredients
1 cup (230 grams) heavy cream, chilled
¼ cup (56 grams) whole milk, room temperature
¼ cup (25 grams) powdered sugar
¼ cup (25 grams) strong coffee, room temperature
4 ounces (113 grams) dark chocolate, melted and cooled
Step by step
Grind coffee beans using KitchenAid® Cordless Go Coffee Grinder and use beans to brew a strong coffee.
Using KitchenAid® Cordless Go Hand Mixer, whip cream until medium-stiff peaks form. In separate bowl, stir together milk, powdered sugar, coffee, and melted dark chocolate until smooth.
Gradually pour coffee mixture into whipped cream, using KitchenAid® Cordless Go Hand Mixer on low speed to gently combine.
