Ingredients
4 tsp. butter
¼ cup half & half
3 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. peach preserves
8 slices swiss cheese
12 oz. sliced ham
8 slices sourdough bread
Step by step
Place the Smart Oven+ Baking Stone Attachment in oven. Select STONE BAKE mode and preheat to 400°F.
Spread 1 teaspoon peach preserves on 4 slices of bread. Divide ham between slices of bread and top with 2 slices of swiss cheese.
Beat eggs and half & half in shallow dish. Quickly dip each sandwich in egg mixture. Turn to coat both sides.
Place 1 teaspoon butter in 4 corners of Baking Stone where sandwich will be grilled. When butter melts, place 1 sandwich on Baking Stone over melted butter. Grill 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
