Green Immunity-Aid Smoothie

Ingredients
1 tablespoon white chia seeds (see note)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
2 cups frozen mango
1 inch fresh ginger root
1/2 cup curly kale
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup white carrots (or yellow carrots, peeled and chopped; see note)
2 cups orange juice
Step by step
Throw all of the ingredients into your KitchenAid® blender in the order listed, secure the lid, and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
NOTE: Use white or yellow carrots and white chia seeds so that the color of the smoothie is a gorgeous color. If you use orange carrots and black chia seeds the color will not be as attractive.
