Ingredients

Pinch of freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste

1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste

1 teaspoon wheat-free tamari

2 tablespoons roasted almond butter

2 firmly packed cups baby spinach

2 cups steamed cauliflower florets

1/2 clove garlic, peeled

1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots

1 1/2 cups vegetable broth

Step by step

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure lid and set the Blender to the Adapti-Blend™ Soup program. Blend until machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for about 5 minutes, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10.

  2. Soup will come out of the Blender hot. Season to taste and serve immediately.
