Cortado

Step by step

1. Prepare the double shot of Espresso in your favorite cup.

2. Steam the milk, using the steam wand or the milk frother attachment.

3. Pour milk into espresso, holding back any foam with a spoon.

4. After milk is in the cup, top with a small amount of foam.

5. For a Honey Bee Cortado, add vanilla syrup and honey to your espresso before adding the steamed milk.
