5 cups ice cubes

2 oz pure maple syrup (or other sweetener)

2 oz Grand Marnier

2 oz triple sec (high quality or Cointreau)

4 oz fresh lime juice

4 oz silver tequila (100% agave)

2 tablespoons coarse salt (high quality)

1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest

Step by step

To make the lime salt, throw the lime zest and salt into your KitchenAid® coffee grinder or mini chopper and pulse just a few times until combined.
To make the margarita, add all of the ingredients (silver tequila, triple sec, Grand Marnier, maple syrup, ice cubes) into your KitchenAid® blender. Secure the lid, and blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and frosty.
