Ingredients
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Cinnamon for sprinkling
1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee or 1 ounce espresso
1 cup whole milk
Step by step
Pour milk into a saucepan set over medium heat. Cook until steam rises from the surface and milk just begins to bubble around the edges. Do not boil.
Transfer milk to blender pitcher and use the frother/beater blade of your KitchenAid® 5-Speed Hand Blender to create foam. Keep the blade toward the surface of the milk and move it up and down for thicker foam.
Fill a small coffee cup 1/3 full with coffee or espresso, 1/3 full with milk and the remaining 1/3 with foam.
Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
Add chocolate syrup to the mug (optional).
