Ingredients
1 recipe Basic Egg Noodle Pasta or 11⁄2 pounds spaghetti, cooked and drained
1⁄4 cup diced green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
21⁄2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1⁄2 cup peanut oil

Combine all ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
