Ingredients
1/2 cup seedless red grapes (halved, or grape tomatoes, or raisins)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 pound rotisserie chicken meat (without skin, bones removed)
Step by step
In a KitchenAid Stand Mixer using the Flat Beater Accessory, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Mix on low until chicken is shredded.
Stir in grapes.
