Baked Brie “Cake” with Chili Infused Peach Topping

Ingredients
1 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 peach, sliced
1 wheel of brie cheese
Step by step
Mix together the peaches, lime juice, honey, chili powder, and parsley in a bowl.
Preheat the KitchenAid® 12″ Convection Digital Countertop Oven to 350 degrees F. Place the brie on a baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt. You can bake the brie by itself or with the topping.
Carefully place the brie onto a small cake stand. Add the topping if you didn’t in the previous step.
Serve immediately with baguette slices or crackers.
