Game day creamy bacon corn dip
Bring creamy, smoky flavor to your appetizer spread with a dip that balances sweet corn, savory bacon, tangy Cotija and fresh lime. This easy corn dip recipe uses mayonnaise, sour cream and Greek yogurt for a rich texture, while cilantro and warm seasonings add a bright, savory finish. You can prepare it ahead and serve it as a crowd-pleasing game day dip alongside chips, vegetables and other shareable favorites.

Ingredients
½ pound (8 ounces) bacon, cooked and drained, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
8 ounces Cotija, crumbled
½ cup (4 ounces) mayonnaise
½ cup (4 ounces) sour cream
½ cup (4 ounces) plain Greek yogurt
16 ounces frozen corn, thawed, drained if needed
1 lime, juice and zest
1 teaspoon chili powder, or substitute paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
salt & pepper, to taste
Step by step
Add cooked bacon pieces to KitchenAid Go™ Cordless Food Chopper and pulse to chop. Transfer to large bowl.
Add cilantro leaves to food chopper and pulse to chop. Add to bowl with bacon.
Break Cotija cheese into chunks and add to food chopper. Pulse until crumbled. Transfer to bowl with bacon and cilantro.
Add corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt, lime juice and zest, and seasonings.
Use KitchenAid Go™ Hand Mixer to mix until evenly combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Pro Tip:
Dip can be made up to 2 days ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve. Stir well before serving.
