KitchenAid® cookware comes backed by a strong warranty program — because every meal you make deserves complete peace of mind. Coverage varies by product type:
Lifetime Limited Warranty Applies to: Cookware & Roasters
We stand behind every piece. If your cookware develops a defect in materials or workmanship under normal household use, Meyer will replace the item — or substitute one of comparable value — at no charge to you.
"No Hassle" One-Year Guarantee Applies to: Cast Iron & Non-Electric Teakettles
Within the first year from your purchase date, any defect in materials or workmanship under normal household use is covered — or we'll provide a comparable substitute. Absolutely — it's that straightforward.
What's Not Covered
The following fall outside both warranty programs:
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
Commercial or restaurant use — both warranties apply to normal household use only
Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or discoloration that don't affect cooking performance
Overheating damage
Failure to follow Use & Care instructions
Incidental or consequential damages
A Note on Hard-Anodized Cookware
KitchenAid Hard-Anodized cookware is engineered to be exceptionally resilient — 8x harder than standard aluminum, built for the everyday demands of a creative home kitchen. If you're noticing surface degradation under what you consider normal household use, we'd be happy to help evaluate whether your situation may qualify as a warranty case. For ceramic nonstick versions:
Ceramic coatings are more sensitive to high heat and metal utensil use — and damage from either falls outside warranty coverage. To keep your cookware performing beautifully for years to come, we recommend cooking on low-to-medium heat and reaching for wood, nylon, or silicone utensils.
