When you buy something for yourself, you naturally want to receive it as soon as possible. Check out our delivery information below to see how it works.
How does it work?
- Order your product(s) on our website
Treat yourself by making a purchase on our website. - Receive a confirmation email
You'll get an order confirmation, usually within 10 minutes. - KitchenAid will package and ship your order
We'll ship your order based on your selected shipping method. - Receive a tracking number by email
You'll receive an email confirming that your order is on its way, along with shipping details. - Your order is delivered to you. Enjoy!
You'll be asked to sign on delivery to confirm you received your purchase safely.
Standard Shipping
Countertop appliances, kitchenware, kitchen tools, parts and accessories may ship separately using standard shipping methods. Your cart at checkout will identify items that will ship separately and itemize any additional shipping fees. We ship using FedEx or UPS. Shipping normally takes between 4 to 10 business days, but may take longer for outlying areas.
- Standard shipping for major appliance parts & accessories shipped separately: FREE
- Standard shipping for countertop appliances, kitchenware & kitchen tools: FREE
- Deliveries to the 3rd floor or higher: No additional charge
