Tarragon Caper Tartar Sauce


  • Makes 1 cup

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 2 green onions, roots removed
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes of hot pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. 1. Place all the ingredients in the Torrent Blender pitcher. Choose the Soups/Sauces setting and blend for 45 seconds.
  2. 2. Pour the sauce in a container. Chill in refrigerator for about an hour before serving. Tartar sauce will last in refrigerator about 1 week in an airtight container.
