Perfect Peanut Butter Pudding


  • Makes 6 servings

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup shaved chocolate (optional)


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F. Grease six (3-ounce) ovenproof custard cups.
  2. 2. Combine milk, eggs, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla in KitchenAid® Diamond Blender. Blend on speed 4 (Puree) 1 minute. Pour into prepared custard cups. Place cups in 13x9-inch baking dish; carefully add enough hot water to baking dish to come halfway up sides of custard cups.
  3. 3. Bake 50 minutes or until pudding is set. Remove custard cups from pan; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. 4. Top each serving with about 2 tablespoons shaved chocolate, if desired.
