Margarita Pie


  • Makes one 8-inch pie

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sweet and sour mix
  • 2 tablespoons Cuervo Gold Tequila (optional)


  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees convection bake mode.
  2. 2. Place the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk in the Torrent blender pitcher. Blend on the Soups and Sauces setting for 15 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the lime juice, tequila, and sweet and sour to the blended ingredients. Blend on Soups and Sauces setting for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Bake on the center rack for about 15 minutes until pie has set.
  5. 5. Cool pie for 20 minutes. Place pie in refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and thin slice of lime.
