Lemon Basil Smoothie


  • Makes 3 servings

  • 2 cups lemon sorbet
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 container (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, plus additional for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel, plus additional for garnish


  1. 1. Combine sorbet, milk, yogurt, ice, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons basil and 2 teaspoons lemon peel in KitchenAid® Diamond Blender. Blend on speed 5 (Liquify) until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  2. 2. Pour into three glasses. Garnish with additional basil and lemon peel. Serve immediately.
