Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware. Not self cleaning. Customer service poor I bought this stove in June and I am very sorry that I did. I called customer service numerous times about the self cleaning feature, or lack thereof, only to be told, "We know the Aqualift doesn't work." I would never have bought this stove if I had been made aware of this flaw, but the salesman told me I was getting the best of the best and that all of the features were top notch. I have also complained to them, only to be told I have to deal with the manufacturer, and that "We only sell them, we don't use them."I have tried all of the suggestions made to me to clean the oven, but nothing will get the splatters off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features It’s amazing. Convection oven is taking cooking to a whole new level. Wish timer would continue beeping until it was shut off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unsure I have not used the convection part of the oven. But normal part of oven works good. The buttons for temperature and time are extremely hard to touch not the location but pressures. I have never been a fan of glass cooktops, but in order to have matching appliances I had to get the glass cooktop

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the BEST range!! It took me forever to buy a new range. I'm so glad that I got the Kitchenaid. The oven is huge! I can fit everything I am cooking for holidays. It cooks so evenly and no hot spots. The cooktop is so versatile having the dual burners. I love cooking so much more now!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor quality for KitchenAid I waited 6 months to give a review to be fair to KichenAid. After my Whirlpool Gold convection oven was damaged beyond economical repair due to an electrical surge, I bought this KitchenAid range. I did a lot of research about the oven and cooktop features. I made sure the wattages of cooktop and oven were within the parameters of my old Whirlpool range. I did not have a large budget so this range was perfect for me as an avid baker and home cook. The first day I cooked in the oven, I noticed the entire surface and door were VERY HOT. I also noticed I had to turn up the heat to a higher temperature than my Whirlpool oven to get the proper results. Then, when I used the cooktop it took forever to to cook in my stainless cookware. I am very frustrated as I really thought this would be the perfect range for me. Also I noticed when I cleaned the top it still showed shadows and smudges. The only thing better than the Whirlpool range is the convection fan is VERY QUIET. I would NOT pick this range if you cook EVERY night and bake a lot like I do. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great update we have had this range for 2 weeks now, I think i`ll keep it. It`s a great replacement for our 21 yr. old kitchenaid range, which we loved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good I have only had this range for two weeks but so far so good! I am comparing too a 8 year old Whirlpool that was horrible. (I know they are made by the same corporation). The cooktop is far superior to the old on with much better control of the temperature and faster response time. I have used the Convect Roast to make a Chicken and it turned out great! Nice crispness to the skin and moist inside. I did over cook by a few minutes, I used a temp probe and still learning the oven. Christmas cookies are next, I'll update if there is an issue. I did not notice the "hot Handle" some people talk about, it was cool to the touch after roasting the bird. I love the look of the range but there is a cosmetic issue. I noticed the sealant around the edge of the cooktop is a little rough in the front corner and it tends to collect particles like salt or crumbs. It's just not smoothly applied, maybe it was a Monday morning build. I would recommend that the start / end point for applying this sealant during manufacture be in the rear not the front of the stove
