French Dressing


  • Makes 1 1/2 cups

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar or champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable or canola oil


  1. 1. Place sugar, vinegar, salt, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and ground pepper into the Torrent blender. Blend on Soups/Sauces setting.
  2. 2. After 30 seconds of blending, pour oil through ingredient feed slowly. Blend for about 30 more seconds until oil is incorporated.
  3. 3. Serve. Dressing stored in a tightly sealed container will keep up to a week in the refrigerator.
