Cashew and Peanut Butter Dip


  • Makes 4 servings

  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup roasted cashew pieces
  • Apple slices, for dipping


  1. 1. Add the cream cheese, milk, sour cream, and peanut butter to the blender and blend on low speed to combine.
  2. 2. Gradually, add the brown sugar and cashew pieces through the opening on top of blender, while blender is still running on low.
  3. 3. When brown sugar and cashews have been added, increase speed to medium and blend until smooth. Serve with apple slices.
