Cantaloupe Sorbet


  • Makes 4 cups (8 servings)

  • 1 medium cantaloupe, rind removed, seeded and cubed (6 cups)
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice


  1. 1. Place cantaloupe, corn syrup and lime juice in pitcher of KitchenAid® Torrent™ Blender. Cover and blend on Icy Drinks/Smoothies setting. Transfer to medium bowl and refrigerate until cold.
  2. 2. Freeze cantaloupe mixture in KitchenAid® Ice Cream Maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve immediately or transfer to freezer food storage container and freeze until ready to serve.
