PROCESSING ZUCCHINI + CUCUMBER
KitchenAid®
Using your KitchenAid® Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment to process cucumber and zucchini. Trim the ends of your food and cut into sections no longer than four and a half inches (TIP: The first mark on the food skewer is 4.5 inches from the skewer base). Insert the food holder into one end and the zucchini/cucumber adapter into the other end. Make sure both pieces are centered and the red markings line up. Secure the food and food holder onto the attachment by twisting clockwise, then insert the food skewer completely through the vegetable. Secure your desired blade and allow the blade cover to rest on top of the food. Turn on your stand mixer (Suggested speed range: STIR - speed 2). Unlock the blade by pulling and lifting the release lever and rotating slowly. Once the food stops processing, turn off the stand mixer. Create fresh sheets of zucchini and cucumber, inspiring fresh versions of everyday dishes.
