Keep your vegetable sheet cutter attachment clean for proper use and care. Carefully remove the blade and the skewer. Then gently remove the food and the adapter from the attachment. Rinse blade and accessories immediately after use; they are also top-rack dishwasher safe.

Cleaning your Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment. When finished using the attachment, turn off your stand mixer and rotate the blade clockwise into the locked position. Remove the blade and remove the skewer (If core is difficult to remove from food holder or skewer, slice into the core lengthwise to help remove it). Then, remove the food and adapter from the attachment. For easier cleaning, rinse blades and accessories immediately after each use. Wash the blades in the top rack of your dishwasher and smaller parts in the silverware holder. Run water through the skewer support to remove any residual food (Do not immerse in water or wash in your dishwasher). Then, clean the body of the attachment by hand only with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
