KitchenAid^® Espresso Machine & Automatic Milk Frother: How to Make a Latte

To make a latte with your espresso machine and automatic milk frother, select the froth milk setting and choose your desired level of froth. Select Steam Mode and then the dose from the desired amount of milk. Now you can press Start/Stop to create your latte.

Select the Froth Milk setting. Adjust froth level adjustment knob to desired level. *Froth level can be adjusted throughout the automatic frothing cycle by rotating the Froth level adjustment knob. Select the Steam Mode and dose for desired amount of milk. Press Start/Stop button to run frothing cycle.
