A fine grind is ideal for the perfect cup of espresso. For shots of espresso, it’s best to select a coffee dose between 1 and 2. Once you’ve made your selection, press Start/Stop to begin grinding with your burr coffee grinder.

Start by determining your grind size. Rotate the grind size knob to select a grind size. *As grind size number increases, the actual grind size decreases (1 is Coarse and 70 is fine). Select your coffee dose between 1 and 2 for shots of espresso. *As the dose selection knob is rotated to correspond with the grind setting, the grind time automatically adjust. Press start/stop to begin grinding. *Grinder will stop automatically when the time reaches 0 on the display.
