Love, love, love my refrigerator!!
I bought this refrigerator last month and just love it. There is so much space in the refrigerator and ample room for large bottles and leftover platters. The freezer space works well for me and has 3 levels to place food. So happy I switched from one of the high-end LG refrigerators

My wife and I feel that we now own the best, well laid out counter depth refrigerator on the market. The efficiency of space is proven to be well thought out and the localizing of the air temperature to optimize the freshness is well engineered and proven to be very effective. The lighting is wonderful and how nice it is to have self closing drawers! This refrigerator is a very well thought out appliance.

Great Response from Kitchen aid.
The freeze portion of the unit stopped working. Kitchen aid replaced the Refrigerator being there isn't a service technician near where we live. They stepped up and did an excellent follow through. We are extremely pleased with how they responded to our challenge.

I absolutely love this counter depth frig/freezer . It stays so clean inside and out. Great for organizing and the shelving is flexible. More than enough room even downsizing from a full sized. The smoky colored shelving is gorgeous. Sometimes I just open the door and stare at this beauty!

Very versatile
The engineering is fenominal related to space and accommodation of various size items that are stored. Love the self closing crispers , cheese draw and freezer. The ice and water dispenser a great feature and not complicated. There is an adjustable self to accommodate tall items like wine bottles, a party tray that can be used for storage or a vegetable or fruit plate for a party. Meat marinating. The capacity of the door containers accommodate more containers than other refrigerators I’ve owned. The freezer has self closing drawer less chance of being left open accidentally. It has four distinct Storage compartments so organization is easy.

As I said above, the divisions are fabulous.
I have never done this before, but pictures of my refrigerator were sent to my family and good friends. Everyone w as in awe of my beautiful Fridge. The day before, I went Grocery shopping so I can fill it up in all of the beautifully divided sections. When I open the doors, the lighting is heavenly. I'm in love with it. So Much Space!
We have had this fridge for about a month now and we are loving it!I thought with going to a counter depth fridge I would lose a lot of space, but it has been perfect. Plenty of room between the drawers and adjustable shelves couldn’t be any better. The shelves on both doors are the best! Can’t say enough about all the room this counter depth fridge has! I loved my last Kitchen Aid fridge and I am sooo happy I bought another.

Nice on the eyes, maybe not the ears
It looks amazing but it does make a fair amount of noise. The ice maker works well. Im not sure what the noises are but it always seems to be doing something.

The extended warranty
This is my second refrigerator in 4 1/2 years. I had to replace my refrigerator because the compressor went out after that short amount of time and the warranty had expired three months before the compressor went out. Very disheartening but I replaced it with the same refrigerator because I have all the other matching appliances. There must’ve been something wrong with the other one because it was very noisy. This one is very quiet. You can barely hear it. Not glad I had to replace it so soon, but I’m happy that this is a good one.

Excellent item with awesome features
We have has this about 3 weeks. It is one of the best appliances we have ever purchased. It was a lot of room and lights up like a runway. We can’t say enough about the produce keeper. We have been able to keep produce longer and it always tastes fresh and crisp. The deli meat and cheese compartment are also great . I could go on an on about this as there are many more lovely features . You can’t go wrong with this purchase
