Strawberry Rosé Glaze

Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1-2 teaspoons Strawberry Powder, sifted
6 ounces high quality White chocolate, chopped up
Rose petals, blitzed (optional)
Step by step
Bloom the Strawberry Powder: In a small, separate bowl, combine the sifted strawberry powder and the coconut oil. Whisk them together to form a smooth, vibrant pink paste, Set aside.
Melt White Chocolate: Place the finely chopped white chocolate in a heat proof bowl ,Melt the chocolate gently over a double boiler or in a microwave in 30 - second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely smooth.
Infuse the glaze: Pour the strawberry-oil paste into the melted white chocolate. Stir gently with a spatula until the color and mixture are uniform.
Glaze and Garnish: Dip the scalloped side of each completely cooled madeleine into the warm pink glaze. Left the madeleine, allowing any access to drip off. Return the madeleines to the wire rack. Immediately, while the glaze is wet, sprinkle the rose petals.
Serve: Allow the glaze to set completely at room temperature for about 20 - 30 minutes.
