Ingredients
½ teaspoon (2 ml) sweet paprika
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon (2 ml) fresh thyme leaves, chopped
½ teaspoon (2 ml) ground coriander
½ teaspoon (2 ml) ground cumin
1 teaspoon (5 ml) kosher salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) minced garlic
3 tablespoons (45 ml) lemon juice
4 tablespoons (60 ml) olive oil, divided
3 oz (50 ml) shallots, roasted, chopped
2 cans (15 oz.) (850 g) cannellini beans, rinsed
Step by step
Add beans, shallots, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and all remaining ingredients except paprika to Bowl of KitchenAid® Artisan Mini Stand Mixer. Attach Bowl and Scraper Flat Paddle to mixer. Turn to Speed 1 and stir 30 seconds. Turn to speed 4 and mix 60 seconds. Turn to speed 6 and mix 60 seconds or until smooth.
Transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
