Grilled Branzino with Lemon Salsa Verde
Ingredients
Olive oil for drizzling
½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp. sea salt
2 sprigs each of fresh herbs: parsley, thyme and basil
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 whole branzino (or sea bass)
Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. capers, chopped
1 tsp. oregano, chopped
¼ cup parsley, chopped
¼ cup olive oil
Step by step
Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Set aside until ready to use. Can be made 1 day ahead.
Fill cavities of fish with lemons, parsley, thyme and basil. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Tie with kitchen string to hold everything in place. Grill 5-6 minutes per side until fish flakes easily.
Serve immediately with Lemon Salsa Verde.
