Ingredients
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup garlic-infused olive oil
1 cup butter (softened)
8 large potatoes (unpeeled)
Step by step
Place potatoes in a large Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Drain; transfer to large bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
Beat with the KitchenAid Go Cordless System Hand Mixer just until combined (do not overbeat).
