Caramel Apple Bourbon Slush Cocktails

Ingredients

3 tablespoons finely chopped peanuts (for rimming the glasses)

2 cups ice

2 medium-sized apples; peeled, cored, and quartered

3 tablespoons salted caramel sauce (plus extra for rimming the glasses)

2 ounces bourbon whiskey

4 ounces apple cider

Step by step

  1. Place a small amount of caramel sauce on a plate, and dip the rims of the drinking glasses in.

  2. Then place the chopped peanuts on a plate, and dip the caramel-rimmed glasses in until well-coated.

  3. Put the apple cider, bourbon, caramel sauce, apples, and ice in the jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure the lid and set the blender dial to the Smoothie setting. Blend until the machine turns itself off.

  4. Divide the mixture equally between the two glasses, and serve immediately.
