Ingredients

2 shots espresso

1-2 scoops salted caramel ice cream

to taste (optional) amaretto

Step by step

  1. Scoop 1 - 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream into glass cup or bowl.

  2. Prepare the double shot of Espresso in your favorite cup.

  3. Pour espresso shot over ice cream.

  4. Tip: For an adult version, top with a splash of Amaretto
