I was the buy the 5 pound bag of cheese kind of girl, but the cheese just never tasted right. So now I shred enough for a few days and it's amazing. Slicing apples for baking is a breeze. This is a must have for all kitchenaid kitchens.

They are great quality. Come packaged to store for future use in a nice box that keeps everything neat, clean and together.
