The Soft Start® Feature starts the motor at a slower speed to pull food into the blade then quickly increases to the selected speed setting to avoid splatter.

He fell in love with the K400 during a stay at a vacation home over the summer, and after researching several comparable products I decided that it was the way to go! I found a killer deal on Black Friday and surprised him with it for Christmas—it has been used every day since! My husband still frequently thanks me for the gift that keeps on giving as he sips his breakfast. He loves the automatic smoothie setting for the perfect consistency, and how quiet it is compared to our last blender. I love seeing it used to the max, and it doesn’t hurt that the classic chrome color matches our stand mixer!
