ELIGIBILITY: The “KitchenAid^® Room to Host” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Colombia (excluding residents of the State of Florida and the State of New York) who are 21 years of age or older as of the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by KitchenAid^® Major Appliances (“Sponsor”), 2000 M-63, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, and administered by Kaleidoscope Promotions Interactive, Ltd. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”). Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, and their legal, promotion and advertising agencies, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners and or any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, sponsorship or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, grandparent, in-law, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related), and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible to enter. Sponsor shall have the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules, which can be found at https://www.kitchenaid.com/room-to-host. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta platforms, inc. (including Facebook® or Instagram®).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at or about 8:00:01 PM ET on Thursday, November 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page at https://www.kitchenaid.com/room-to-host and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form including acceptance of the Sweepstakes terms. You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the Sweepstakes drawing to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Administrator, and no entry will be acknowledged or returned. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. If you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. By participating, you expressly agree and consent to these Official Rules.

Any personal information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Notice located at https://www.whirlpoolcorp.com/privacy-policy.html and Sweepstakes Administrator’s Privacy Policy located at https://kpicentral.com/Privacy.

All submitted information shall be referred to herein as your “Sweepstakes Entry.” Sweepstakes Entries must take place during the Sweepstakes Period according to Sponsor’s electronic time stamp. All Sweepstakes Entries that are complete and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules will be entered in the Sweepstakes drawing described below. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON / EMAIL ACCOUNT. Additional entries from the same person or email account will be deemed ineligible.

NO SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED AND, IN FACT, MAY BE DESTROYED. ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF) THAT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winners (1 Grand Prize Winner and 10 First Prize Winners) of the Sweepstakes drawing will be randomly selected by Sweepstakes Administrator on or about December 23, 2025, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Winner”). The random drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator using randomization methods selected in its sole discretion. Potential Winners will be notified via the phone number and/or email address associated provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential Winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, the potential Winner does not respond within the timeline designated in the notification attempt, or if the Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate Winner may be selected in a separate random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (“Alternate Selection Process”). If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected per the Alternate Selection Process. Sponsor will attempt to contact up to two (2) potential alternate Winners of the Prize in accordance with such Alternate Selection Process, and if there is still no confirmed Winner of the Prize after such attempts have been made, the applicable Prize may go unawarded.

5. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a KitchenAid^® suite of appliances including [range, microwave hood combination, dishwasher, refrigerator]; and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD) spending cash. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00 USD, including the appliances and $1,000 spending cash).

First Prize: Ten (10) First Prize Winners will each receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD) spending cash (each, a “First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD).

EACH WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. Winners cannot assign or transfer any Prize to another person. No cash alternatives or Prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. No refunds, credits or exchanges are allowed. The ARV of any Prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. The Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation. Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the Winner in the Entry. Allow eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks for delivery of prizes. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household. Any depictions of Prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Other restrictions may apply.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000.00 USD).

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of Winner (including banking fees). Sponsor reserves the right to award a monetary portion of prize in any format of payment at its discretion, including without limitation check, wire, ACH or EFT. An IRS form 1099 will be issued to each Winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize Winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the Winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of their control. If (i) any Prize is returned as undeliverable, (ii) Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) Winner fails to provide complete shipping information and/or timely reply to Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator within the designated time period, or (iv) Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. By accepting a Prize, Winner expressly grants Sponsor the right, unless prohibited by law, to use Winner’s name, images, likeness, public social media profile and any other submitted information without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of Sponsor and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and/or all media) contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct an alternative test of skill to comply with applicable law.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR PROGRAM (INCLUDING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM) ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or to undermine the entry process, any website, application, or program associated with the Sweepstakes, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including force majeure events such as but not limited to strike, fire, war, terrorist or governmental action, pandemic, epidemic, widespread illness, or any other disruptive event beyond Sponsor’s control, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / RELEASES: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, META PLATFORMS, INC. (INCLUDING FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM), AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, WEBSITE OR APPLICATION PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, ANY OTHER ENTITY INVOLVED IN THE MARKETING, PROMOTION, DEVELOPMENT, ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, OR FULFILLMENT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR PREPARATION, MANUFACTURE, PROVISION, OR DELIVERY OF ANY PRIZE OR PRIZE COMPONENT, AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR PROGRAM.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING EACH WEBSITE, APPLICATION, PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
