How can you sell a product, that has a water filter that as a consumer you need to buy a 12.29 part, that your company does not have nor may not have per your customer service division for weeks months or even years. Your filter should be 3.00 and available. I'm returning your product. You suggest using filter to make coffee better.. I don't think so
