Ran Great Until It LeakedThis unit ran wonderfully for about 4 years. Very quiet and dependable. Until it started leaking from the power cord coupling on the very bottom. This means a seal had broken or part of the motor housing has rusted inside the unit. Customer service informed me that the 1-year warranty had expired. My options were "We can schedule an out of warranty repair or I can provide you with contact numbers of servicer's in your area if you wanted to obtain charges prior to service." The cost of that will be close to the price of a new unit. Think I'll be looking at a non-KitchenAid product next.
