The moment you pick it up you feel quality!I purchased this knife as a replacement. I liked it immediately. Quality of construction, materials shape of handle and heft jumped out at me immediately. Unfortunately for me, I learned with this knife, there are left handed and right handed bread knives. Who knew? I will give this one to my daughter-in-law and order a left handed one this evening from Kitchen Aid! Even with the wrong blade it was a pleasure to use, and I use my bread knife a lot in this home. Looks like I will be replacing a few of my other flimsy blades wit this brand.

Sleek look for a bread knife.This is an awesome bread knife. I love that this knife has a modern look to it. Thankfully, form meets function. The handle is very balanced and feels nice in the hand. The blade isn't flimsy either. The knife handles both crusty breads and soft breads with ease. This knife has easily become one of my favorites.

I definately would buy this productI make all different kinds of homemade breads at least 2-3 times a week, so this bread knife was absolutely perfect. Great packaging. The handle/weight is comfortable to hold, which made slicing through different types of bread an ease. The blade is a great length and was very easy to slice thru warm or cold bread and I was able to slice the bread for thin or thick slices. I put it thru my dishwasher and hand also hand washed it,it cleaned up great! I am very pleased with this bread knife. I did recommend to all my friends and family.

Great KniI love this knife! It cut right through the freshly baked bread I made! It's just heavy enough to feel substantial but not too heavy to make you tired.
