Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sturdy Product I got this set a year ago for Christmas and I have loved it since then. I use it frequently and have had no issues with it. The mini chopper works great and I use it more than my large food processor now. I highly recommend this product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very, very dissapointed!! I bought this product a few month ago in Argentina (220v). I already have a professional mixer and a blender, excellent both products. I always loved Kitchenaid!! But the expensive hand blender doesn´t work. The chopper lost pieces of plastic and i didn´t note it!! I thing I ate it... The chopper does not chop parsley, it drags it, I guess it´s because the motor has very little power (180 w). And the hand blender... if I use it for something harder than tomato, it reheats very fast and the motor shuts down. And although I use it for tomato, the preparation is not homogenous as with my old moulinex (which had 600w of power). I called kitchenaid Argentina and they told me they only offer warranty for products bought there, but I bought it in Geobazar ... who are not to blame for the design problems. I was going to buy a food processor, but after this experience I will not buy kitchenaid products again. Very dissapointed!!
