Great product, butI loved this product when I first got it, but the next time I used it, it didn't work, but Kitchen Aid replaced it for me. I am excited to try the new one.

Kitchen Must HaveWe received a KitchenAid food processor as a wedding gift and couldn't be happier with it! It makes preparing meals much easier. We especially like it to make fresh pico-de-gallo, which can be prepped in a matter of minutes. The only down side of it is the learning curve of understanding how to put on the lid correctly to get it to work. Yes, this sounds like a user error problem, which I admit it is, but it just isn't intuitive.

Food ProcessorChops and dices and puree's just fine however, the buttons are the worst. Never ever buy anything with these type of buttons

Terrible Broke QuicklyMe and my wife got this as a wedding present. We used it two times, once to cut up a bunch of veggies for a salad and once to cut up some potatoes. And then it broke! After we used it twice. Warranty just expired. Total piece of garbage. Don't buy this item.
