Rated 2 out of 5 by from So upset microwave broke!!!!!! Our unit was part of our overall kitchen remodel with all Kitchenaid matching series. We now find ourselves with a microwave that we had one repairman out for $90 service charge quoting a possible $800 charge. Called a highly reputable repairman who came 3 times with 3 different parts and cannot fix. Looking a buying a new model Kitchenaid changed the handles and our kitchen appliances won’t match anymore. So so frustrated!!!!!!!! BTW do not use Aries Appliance who are recommended by Kitchenaid......they were the $800 quote. Would buy another brand if we could but don’t want to cut into our nice cabinets. Also, our dishwasher the tines are rusting and breaking off. Hanging on by a thread.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love its clean design and features Just bought this to replace our old Kitchen Aid two piece from 2005. WOW! What an unbelievable improvement. By slimming down the doors, there is so much more room in the oven. Also, seems like the design for the micro. door is much better that the earlier model and will not fail. Only negative is that the oven takes a little longer to preheat, but well worth the investment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID OR WHIRPOOL PRODUCT Display has failed on this unit. Whirpool utilize 3rd party for service & repairs. Service Tech has visited 4 times, wating my time and his. Tried new ballast, new display and nothing works. Service tech states faulty products being sent out. I can now see similar reviews with same issue. I also know family with issues with refrigerators that are brand new that require new motherboard as all lights go out on them. Expensive products for such poor quality. I will not consider another purchase under Whirlpool blanket of companies.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Unit's microwave light went out, takes a technician to change and then the highvoltage board went out - technician tried 3 separate times to repair or replace, (board unavailable). So because of a $4 light bulb have to buy a whole new wall unit - $3-4,000!!!!!! what a rip off! Thanks KitchenAid

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Many great features I purchased this wall microwave/oven combination about 3 weeks ago because my last one died. It has taken some time to get used to it because it preheats differently than my last one. You don't want to put anything in there during preheat. I learned this the hard way. Other than that, it is pretty great. Much more even cooking. SUPER quiet (both microwave and oven). There isn't an annoying fan that goes on and on, or at least not one that I can hear. Am happy with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replace light bulb on microwave We bought this when we built our home in 2009. As of last year (2015) the microwave light went out. The only way it can be changed is having a service call because the customer can not reach it. How horrible!!!! It will cost 75$ for the appliance company to come out and change a 8$ bulb. (Which they said doesn't last long) They have to pull out the whole thing. Sounds like a hassle and more things could probably happen when doing this. I guess we are going without. Hope they change this on the newer models that are out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I loved it until.... We bought this and had it installed in January 2012 when we remodeled our kitchen and put in all kitchenaid appliances. The oven and microwave were awesome until the Magnetron and sub inverter in the microwave went bad. Only 4 years and the repairs cost over $1,000. I am very disappointed with KitchenAid. I'm shattered I've always dreamed of having all Kitchenaide products in my dream kitchen. Not any more. Will not spend my hard earned money on their products again. Just hoping i can get a few more years out of the rest of the appliances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Oven This oven is so much better than my previous Thermador Love the fast heat option on Convection Bake. Even if I'm not using Convection, I get the oven heated up using this option then switch to Regular Bake. Have used the Proof mode to keep food and plates warm - 100 degrees The oven is well insulated and doesn't heat up the kitchen like my old one. The microwave is big enough to hold a 9 x 13 pan and rotate it. I'm having a difficult time getting used to having to press "start" after I enter my cook time, but my husband who uses the oven more frequently, has no problem with this. Will try to clean today. Do wish the microwave turned off faster.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero Star; Breaks down consistently The circuit boards get fried every year. Fortunately, I have warranty. But I am worried when this runs out. The self clean oven and convection microwave does not work. The repairman informed me not to use it as it will fry the equipment. See the Amazon site for problems coming your way if you buy this thing.
