Two 10''/6'' Double-Ring Round Elements
Create two elements in one location. The inner rings are used like standard six-inch elements. The outer rings add size and power for large cookware. A simmer function works on both the inner and outer element.
Simmer Function
Is available on the 10''/6'' double-ring elements and keeps the element at a low temperature for cooking rice or keeping sauces and soups warm.
Melt Function
Is available on one of the 6-inch elements. It takes away the guesswork of finding the ideal heat level for achieving a temperature that will melt chocolate or cheese without scorching.
