Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but trouble Bought this oven because my previous home had it and I loved it. This oven is horrible. When new I tried using convection roast & the oven would fill with a fog & drip stuff from the fan. Had repair out a few times & it was finally replaced. New one did the same thing & was told I could not use above 350@! I used the one at my old house at 400 plus degrees with no problem. I have given up and mostly use a toaster oven. The display has gone out at a cost of over $200.00 to fix. The oven probe quit working and it still fogs up at temperatures over 350@. Had many service calls and it has never worked as well as my original Kitchenaid. I have been advised not to use clean function which may have caused display going out twice. Oven is not insulated well, if at all. At a cost just below $2000.00 it sure is not worth it. Purchased in December 2013 & VERY rarely use it due to so many problems. Never got any satisfaction from Kitchenaid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I bought this about a month ago and love it. The racks are very heavy and I love the built-in handle on each rack not to mention the roll out rack on the bottom. Great design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Kitchen Aid 30" Had this oven for over 2 years and has worked perfectly. The only issue I have is the self cleaning process takes several hours and makes the kitchen warm. Otherwise, I highly recommend this oven due to its excellent performance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did I upgrade? I upgraded to this oven when we purchased our new home and I've had problems from day one. Oven is extremely loud and makes a constant rattling noise. The fan and motor have been replaced and I'm now up to my fourth service call and the issue still isn't fixed along with it taking 30 minutes to warm up to 350 degrees (my latest issue). Called KitchenAid and was informed by the warranty department that I've only had one service call because the three previous times they were out counts for one ticket...go figure. Save yourself the headache and taking time off work for constant service calls. Avoid purchasing this oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bakes well, but many issues Bought all Kitchenaid produce for my kitchen in 2013 and since then had it repaired twice - once under warranty and once not - had the control panel replaced once and how it will not heat - when we first turned the oven on some plastic (yellow) parts melted away - strong fume from that - now after two years all the silver screws and the heating coil has rust on it.....quite disappointed and costing me a lot to keep this think working (its not like I use the oven often - I maybe only use the oven once a month, if not less...)
