Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm very happy with my purchase I cook a lot and have many large dinner parties, so I finally splurged on a pro-style range. In the past, I've always had high quality gas ranges. I am awed by the precision of he stove top and the oven. The left front burner is supurb! I can put my hand over it and keep it there on the low simmer setting. And the high BTU's on the High setting does boil water fast, as does the one behind it. I choose the burnter depending on the size of the pan. I only wish there were two of those burners. The oven cooks so evenly. There isn't a hot spot anywhere. It browns poultry beautifully and evenly. The broil unit stays on when I'm broiling (which my last one did too as a gas oven, but my last duel fuel, the broil unit would turn on and off depending on the heat. I don't know which is normal for a dual range, but I like it this way for pizzas. It makes perfect pizza!) The added benefit of the steam is great. I have cooked vegetables successfully with the steam oven and fabulous salmon. I do like to brine meet, so I don't always choose to use the steam for the meat. I haven't tried bread yet. Just Pizza, but I don't use steam for the pizza. As far as pro-style ranges, I can compare it to a Decor because I stayed in a place with a decor for a few weeks. That range didn't compare to this one. Pros: Large oven, I can place two 10x14 pans on one shelf. Great rack that extends fully out. Great, precise burners. Easy to use. Cons: some of the grates are not perfectly aligned, so some pots rock slightly when whisking something. However, some of my pots also have imperfect bottoms. The worst part of the oven is the vent. It blows out the front and right at you. So, when you first turn on the oven, it's cold air. Then becomes warm. Plus the fan stays on for a while after the oven is off. Most of the time I am in the dining room, and it doesn't bother me as much. But it would be nice if it could cool down more quickly. It can take up to an hour too cool down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The igniters are always clicking when you engage one of the The gas top and oven is a nice looking product and easy to use. It cooks very nice. Te problem is we have had the service people out 4 times to fix the igniter of the top burners. They all click non-stop when you use an individual burner.
