I love to cook, bake and create so this was perfect as it replaced my first mixer, the classic tilt head. I love the 6 qt space, the ease of the mixer on dense dough, and how secure the bowl lift is for the jobs! It is PERFECT!

She’s had an artisan series for over 6 years and it works well for cakes. But now that she’s gotten into baking breads, especially while grains, she’d complain that the old mixer had trouble mixing the thicker doughs. Well, the Pro 600 handles it all with ease. Can’t even tell that it’s a refurbished model... cosmetically it looks new and performs as such. I should have bought her this one from the beginning of her banking adventures!

Things mix quickly and the vegetable sheet cutter attachment worked exactly as advertised. I find myself looking for more recipes that use the Kitchen Aid mixer :)

I love the ease at which it mixes everything from cookie dough to whole wheat bread dough. Fast clean up, ease of use. Just beautiful. And yes, I've named it Mrs. Beeton, after the quintessential English cook writer. (think Betty Crocker) I look forward to adding new attachements.

Was using a smaller KitchenAid 5 qt mixer - which I have been using for 38 years & still love- it will be going to my DIL- but for my purposes the mixer is perfect!! And the red is beautiful in my kitchen!
