This eggnog recipe, featuring brandy, simple syrup and milk, has a rich and creamy consistency.


    Makes 2 servings

    pasteurized eggs
  • 2
  • 4
    teaspoonssimple syrup (recipe follows)
  • 1/2
    teaspoonsvanilla (optional)
  • ground nutmeg


  1. Place brandy, milk, eggs, simple syrup and vanilla, if desired, in pitcher of KitchenAid ® Torrent ™ Blender. Cover and blend on medium-high speed 10 to 15 seconds or until well blended and foamy.
  2. Pour into two glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Simple Syrup
  • To make simple syrup, bring 1 cup water to a boil; stir in 1 cup sugar. Reduce heat to low; stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Cool syrup to room temperature; store in glass jar in refrigerator.
