Rated 5 out of 5 by Luthernurse from Great Roller I got this as a gift a couple years ago. Didn't use it much as I couldn't find a dough recipe I liked. I modified the Bob's Red Mill semolina flour recipe. I now make pasta several times a month. Love the way I can roll out uniform lasagna sheets & noodles. It is my favorite attachment!

Rated 5 out of 5 by LinLu from Pasta roller I had this for 3 years. Finally used it yesterday. It’s wonderful. I make pasta dough in mixer using dough hook. Then put the dough through the roller and then put it through the speghetti or fetucini rollers. But then the towel I had on my wrist got stuck in the roller and broke it so now I need a new one. Can use the flat noodle to make quanta cookies and lasagna. So much better than the hand crank Atlas. Be sure and get the notch of the roller inserted correctly. Use noodles many different ways besides Italian.

A wood rolling pin and I are totally incompatible. This attachment made pasta a breeze!!!! Love it just as much as all the other attachments I have!!!
