Very happy with this oven
I did a ton of research when our old toaster oven was no longer toasting. My kitchen is large with a lot of counter space, so it fits nicely. I can see a problem if counter space is at a premium. I chose the KitchenAid because it had all the features I wanted and seemed easy to use. I’ve used it to proof bread dough, roast a chicken, toast frozen waffles and make frozen pizza, which it does particularly well. KitchenAid paid for parts and labor to repair our refrigerator because the problem was something they had identified. Knowing that they back up their products was another reason to go that way. We also like how quiet it is. Very happy with our choice.

Best Oven I've ever purchased!
I inherited a house that was built in the early 1960s(my grandfather picked out the interior design from a Sears catalogue)! As you may assume, all of the appliances were pretty old, including a General Electric wall oven that was also from that era. After 3 years of constant use, my wall oven had the bottom heating element finally crap out. While waiting for the new heating element to arrive, I purchased this beauty and I am really happy that I did ^_^!

Fabulous Oven
I have this oven since April 2020!
It’s fabulous because you can bake, toast and keep everything warm!
I especially enjoyed it during the summer months because it doesn’t heat up the kitchen and I was able to bake all summer!

Love this oven!
I purchased this a couple of months ago, and I am thrilled with the performance. I love to use it to make buttered toast and the setting comes out perfect every time. No dried out, too crispy toast. I've used it for other things mainly to reheat, but I really love all the many features it offers. Instead of heating up my large Kitchen Aid oven, I use this one most of the time. It doesn't throw heat out at you like some, it has a light so you can view, the 5 elements really get hot quick. Plan on trying on some other foods like cookies and casseroles. I'm a really choosy customer and the looks of this oven complements my beautiful granite countertops and doesn't take up too much space. Can't find the words to express my gratitude for Kitchen Aid products. I chose all Kitchen Aid Appliances for our new home 7 yrs. ago and haven't been sorry for even one. Looking for a great 5 cup coffee maker.....Thanks KitchenAid.

It is amazing, from unboxing to use: very intuitive, great features to ease the job with the right presets adjustments, perfect baking and broiling and better than many, extra capacity size: it fits a large pan of lasagna and cooking is perfect.

Our older kitchenAid oven had problems and died, the customer service was great and exchanged the discontinued oven for this one. We love it..... Just wish we had a basket and another rack for it. You can`t go wrong with KitchenAid....

Don't get caught up on As Seen on TV gimmicks
I have only had my Counter top oven for 5 days. I LIKE IT A LOT!!!!!!!! I have been using it like crazy.
I will say like other reviewers that more accessories ARE NEEDED. No Basket??????? How am I to really test the Air Frying. One more additional rack would be nice to cook or warm up multiple items. Self cleaning option would be nice to make sure over time you don't have a build up of grease and crumbs on the inside to keep the unit from smoking up your kitchen eventually. I just make sure after every use I wipe and clean it up.
Other gripe NO RECIPE BOOK!!!!!!!! Come on just simple recipes would have been nice that they know cook well inside the oven.
I have used Toast AWESOME, I have used Roast and that was AWESOME, used the Warm feature and that has worked just so well. Ease of use is so simple will not take long for anyone to jump in an use.
The look of the Oven elegant and simple. Would love it if some of you Kitchen EXPERTS did some Youtubes and let us other fans of this unit know cause this is a hidden gem that needs to SHINE!!!

Great little oven
My oven died and not having the ability to get my whole cooker/oven replaced, I bought this countertop model. I've been impressed with its ability to bake and broil just like a regular oven, just smaller. Actually, because of the fan, the temperature is more even. Just be aware that the top of the device gets quite warm when the unit is running. I've used this as a feature to keep food warm while I'm baking dessert. The only downside is that I really wish there was an easy way to order an additional rack and pan. Watch the price on this item as sometimes it goes on sale.

Best toaster oven EVER!
I love this oven. It is big enough to cook larger items yet still does not take up a lot of space. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use and I also love that the alert is not jarring. I hate those loud, annoying alerts. This one is melodic and loud enough to hear easily. Plus it's a Kitchen Aid and they stand behind their products! You can't go wrong here.

We bought this oven about a month ago, and we are very happy with it. Use it almost daily. Have cooked lots of different foods, and it has done a great job. The design looks so nice. It also looks great on our counter. We get lots of compliments when our friends see the oven. Very impressive.

Great Countertop Oven
We received our countertop oven a few weeks ago, and I love it. It is so quiet when cooking. I like the light inside the oven. I like the features that this model has. I wish you could raise or lower the dinghy when your food is done. It is a very quiet ding. This is such a sleek nice look to it. Very happy with this oven!

Saved My Thanksgiving
I originally bought this countertop oven to supplement my main oven for small things here and there. I waited after I got a sense of how it works to write this review, and I've got to say that it has exceeded my expectations! Before I started using the oven I placed an oven thermometer inside and waited a few minutes to see if the temperatures were accurate and they are, for that I am very pleased. This oven is very spacious, I can fit a quarter sheet pan or a regular 13x9 inch pan well. The day right before thanksgiving my main oven stopped working and just when I was ready to give up I realized that I could do so much in this little oven. I made sourdough bread in a cast iron dutch oven, baked 2 small hams in a 13x9 pan, and made paella and osso bucco in an 11 inch X 3ish inch tall rondeau, it can even fit a 5 inch tall dutch oven if your lid isn't too tall. I haven't used it yet for cookies or roasting chicken and such, but as evenly as it heats, and as well insulated as it is I am sure that it will excel at these tasks. The interface is super easy to figure out, the space inside is great and this bakes so evenly. It also goes without saying that this countertop oven looks and feels premium. I love my Kitchenaid products because Kitchenaid stands behind their products! I couldn't be more pleased with my little oven. I'd love to one day get to have a gas range made by Kitchenaid, in the meantime this is just a wonderful investment.

Very convenient
