Perfect brewing
This is a great size for a small kitchen; it brews a single cup and over 16-oz of coffee so I can have plenty of great tasting coffee for just myself or a few cups for 2 of us. Great flavor and easy to use.

Well worth the cost
I have owned faberware coffee makers for decades, after the last one went out I bought this as a quick fix. 4 years later I still love it! I bought a Faberware last week which I will return. The coffee just doesn't taste as good.

Great Brew, Convenient Too!
Excellent brew, much better than our 12 cup coffee maker. Higher water temp definitely makes a difference! Nice to have the cup provided to grab and go. You can brew some good joe with other cups too, just be sure you add no more water than the cup holds!!

Love the simplicity!

I have been enjoying this coffee maker for over 2 years now. Best cup of joe I have ever brewed. No fuss, no pods and no problems. My only complaint - the hatch where you fill the water reservoir could be larger.

Great Coffee
I love this coffee maker! Coffee is very hot and is made quickly. I like that I can choose how many ounces of coffee to make. The reusable thermal mug is great but since I'm a little older I prefer a handle to hold.

Working great after many years
I have had this unit for so many years I have lost count. It will get a lot of use for a few months and then not get used for a few months. After each lapse it works great without any problems. The thermal mug is a tank. This was purchased initially to replace a Keurig and is now used alongside a Keurig and a Kitchen Aid Cold Brew Coffee Maker.

Simple Function-Perfect for One!
I'm not a lifelong avid coffee drinker, but have gotten in the habit of stopping at the local convenience store on my way to work for a coffee on my commute to work over the last year. I decided to invest in either a small coffee pot or travel mug machine. I love that I can use my own ground coffee to adjust to my preference and don't have to buy K-cups or even paper filters! Perfect for my needs!

Marital coffee mug tension!
I bought this for me, & my husband had no interest in it, and I had no interest in his breville. Now, everyday he not only uses my Kitchen Aid; he takes the travel cup. Needless to say, we both really like this coffee maker. We do need another travel cup though.

I was looking for a single serve coffee maker that did not require pods. I am very particular about the brand of coffee that I drink. This coffee maker makes 18 oz. at a time. The coffee is dispersed in the thermal cup which keeps it piping hot. Easy to clean. In addition to its outstanding performance it matches my full size Kitchenaid coffee maker. Well worth the money!

My husband didn't think he'd switch to using this: now he uses it everyday. He ways drove to work with his coffee in a cup, sometimes, of course, it would spill. He uses this everyday and really likes the convenience of brewing it directly into a travel mug.

Great little coffee maker! Easy to use and clean.
We did have a problem with our 1st one, it would turn off and not brew. It was about 10 days old. Thankfully, Kitchenaid has a replacement policy that is above most others!

WORKS FAST
I love it, Make quick 1ST CUP,and after a short break you can make your second cup to go.Comes out just the right temp .Also no need for paper filters, I use the grounds in the garden so using a empty coffee can takes care of the grounds and just rinse the reusable filter.
